Owner's Description

Our 3 bedroom caravan is situated on the edge of Haven's popular Perran Sands Holiday Resort in a quiet little 'cul de sac'.

It has easy access to all of the site's amenities and backs onto the sand dunes that are just a 5 minute walk from the beach.

With 3 bedrooms (1x double, 2x twin and a bed settee in the lounge area) the caravan can sleep up to 8 adults. All bedrooms have the benefit of fitted bedroom furniture.

The lounge features a wrap around sofa, TV/DVD and Freeview satellite.

The spacious fitted kitchen has a built in fridge/freezer, ironing board, full size gas cooker and microwave. The separate dining area can comfortably seat 6 adults.

There is a double shower room fitted with mains pressure mixer shower and wash basin. The separate toilet also has a wash basin.

Our spacious and top of the range caravan has full gas central heating and double glazed windows and doors.

Outside we have a pub style patio table/bench, and parking for 2 cars.

Gas, electric and water are included in the price.

Duvets and pillows are provided, however, the linen is not.

Entertainment passes are required for access to the pool and evening shows but these are not included in the cost of the holiday. They can be purchased at reception upon arrival.

A deposit of £100 per week is required to secure your holiday with the remainder due 6 weeks before arrival.

Perran Sands Holiday Park

Perran Sands Holiday Park has everything for a perfect family holiday including daytime entertainment programmes (subject to seasonal changes, indoor pool with slide, crazy golf, bars, restaurant and much more.

The park itself is a Haven 'All Action' site, situated upon the cliff top overlooking Perranporth, and has direct access to 3 miles of golden, sandy beach.
