The living area comprises of a comfortable seating area the full width of the caravan and includes a double pull out bed. It is fully equipped with a TV, DVD player and satellite box with free view channels (or bring your own Sky card, enabling you to view most of the package you receive at home).

Leading out from the living area is a 6' x 11' UPVC decking area Which has a table and chairs. The area is also gated making it ideal for the safety of young children.

The Dining area has arch shaped upholstered bench seating and 2 stools, which will comfortably seat 6 adults.

The Kitchen is located opposite the dining area and is fully fitted with everything you need including a full size gas oven with grill, 4 burner hob, fridge, slimline freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster.

In the bathroom there is a toilet, wash basin, mirror and a glass door shower unit. There is also another separate toilet with wash basin and mirror. Both bathroom and toilet facilities are set away from all of the bedrooms.

The main bedroom has a double bed, shelves beside and above the bed, large wardrobe with drawers and a dressing table with a hairdryer for your use. There are two twin bedrooms, the largest having 2 single beds, shelves beside and above the beds and wardrobe with drawers. The smaller bedroom is only slightly smaller and has 2 single beds, shelves beside and above the beds and a wardrobe with drawers. A bed guard is available for younger children if required (for 2-5 year olds).

Babies and children

A microwave steriliser, Chicco Xplorer pushchair (6 months to 3 years), Hauck Travel Cot (the travel cot will be classed as 1 berth), A bed guard (for 2 – 5 year olds). Are all available for your use.

All beds are supplied with either a double or single duvet. Doubles have 4 pillows and singles 1 pillow each. We do request that you supply your own bed linen including duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets, towels and tea towels for your stay.

Locally

The harbour and beaches are just 2 minutes away. The historic market town of Bridport is only 1 ½ miles away, which has an open street market every Wednesday and Saturday morning. Every second Saturday each month is a farmer’s market.

Within easy travelling distance is Crealy Adventure Park, The Donkey Sanctuary, Monkey World and the Wildlife Park at Cricket St Thomas. 30 minutes away are Weymouth and Lyme Regis. Lyme Regis runs lifeboat weeks, with performances by the Red Arrows.

Restrictions

Due to Park rules, I am afraid we are unable to hire to the following:

• Parties whose members are under the age of 21
• Parties whose members are all male or all female
• Parties which exceed the number of berths contained in our holiday home

No pets allowed.

No smoking permitted within the caravan (Ashtrays are supplied for use outside only)

Dates & Prices

All electric, gas and water are included in the price.

Passes are extra and payable directly to the site. These can be obtained on your arrival from the site reception, priced at £6 per person (under 2's are free)

A £50 deposit is required within 7 days of a booking to reserve your dates. This is then held as a security deposit and refunded after your stay (subject to Terms and Conditions). The cost of your holiday will then be due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. (Please note the £50 deposit is not included in the prices listed).

Prices are based on 6 people sharing. For over 6 people sharing please add £25

Discounts

A £30 discount can be given if 2 or more consecutive weeks are booked at once (excludes any late deal offers)

Short Breaks

Short breaks are also available (except during school holidays). These run either Friday - Monday or Monday - Friday.
