Sundowner Holiday Park

Sundowner Holiday Park is peaceful and clean, next door you will find an equestrian riding centre.

On site you will find a mini market, opening times vary according to season. Amusements and a new restaurant is due to be opened by Easter.

The sandy beach is only seven minutes walk away from the Chalet, you can find the indoor heated swimming pool opposite, on Newport Road there is laundrette, fish and chips shop, pub, different clubs/bars free entry Star Cabarets in high season entertainment in summer.

You will find everything in Hemsby; amusement arcades, good pubs, fish and chips, shops, restaurants, take aways, gift shops and lovely beaches - everything for an enjoyable holiday.

The Norfolk Broads is renowned for its birdlife and along with waterside villages, is within easy reach by car.

Sundowner Holiday Park is located just seven miles north of Great Yarmouth. Caister on Sea and Scratby are just down the road, fishing and coach trips that can be arranged for your pleasure; lots to see and do for the children.

A bus service takes you into Great Yarmouth just outside he gates.

Sights to see close by include Great Yarmouth with it piers, shows, pitch n put, cinema, dog racing, banger racing, horse racing and Sea Life Centre, bowling. There is also the Norfolk Broads, Potter Heigham, Wroxham Bure Valley Railway, Pleasure Woods Theme Park, day trips and fishing trips and miles of sandy beaches.

Bookings & Conditions

Short three and four day breaks can be arranged according to availability, but not in high season.

With every booking a deposit of £60 per week is required, VAT included (Non-refundable)

Prices shown are based on up to six persons sharing.

Occupants must not exceed amount of guests booked on the form.
