Owner's Description

2003 8 berth caravan to let with fantastic sea views located in a quiet position away from the entrance road.

Our caravan has one double bedroom and two twin rooms with an additional double pull out bed in the lounge. Duvets and pillows are provided.

Ideal for families, our caravan comes complete with a widescreen digital tv with DVD player plus some films in the lounge as well as a TV and Nintendo 64 plus games, in each of the twin bedrooms. We also now have a Playstation 2 with games in each of the twin bedrooms.

The caravan has central heating and has a well equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee machine and iron etc.

There is a shower room plus a separate toilet in the caravan.

Outside there is a patio area with table and chairs.

Ladram Bay Holiday Centre

Ladram Bay has a private beach, indoor swimming pool, shop, launderette, take away, cafe, restaurant, club with entertainment in high season, amusements, kid's club, small tenpin bowling and crazy golf.

Around and About

There is plenty to do in the surrounding area such as coastal walks from the site. Sidmouth is just a ten minute drive from the site, also Seaton, Lyme Regis (where you can go fossil hunting), Budleigh Salterton and Exmouth.

Crealey Adventure Park is less than 30 minutes away from the site, you may have noticed the entrance on your way to Ladram Bay. It's well worth a visit if you haven't been there before. Plus lots more places to visit.
