The kitchen is opposite the dining area with working surfaces on three sides, a fridge/freezer, gas oven and bottled gas 4 burner hob. A boiler provides hot water for the kitchen, bathroom and shower.

The master bedroom has a double bed, side tables, double wardrobe and dressing table with overhead lighting, plus its own en suite toilet with hand wash basin. There is one further bedroom having two single beds. Both bedrooms have overhead lockers and underbed storage space.

The bathroom has a domestic suite and small hip-bath with shower.

Fully equipped for six, the mobile home has many extras including an microwave oven etc. For a fuller list, please contact me.

Exterior: All private mobile home plots on the site are large; ours is about 200sq metres. Outside equipment includes a dining table, seating for six, plastic outdoor storage box and rotary clothes line.

Annual site fees include electricity and water.

Bottled gas is purchased on site.

Camping du Deffay

Camping du Deffay is set in the estate of Le Chateau du Deffay with free access to its grounds of 350 hectares. It is a beautiful and quiet, four star site at the edge of Parc Briere. Facilities include swimming pool and children's pool (both with sliding covers for inclement weather), tennis court, paddle boats and fishing on the large lake, restaurant, bar, shop, washing machines, bike hire, table tennis, boules pitch and chidren's playgrounds.

Wi-Fi is also available on site.

Out & About

Within easy driving distance are the attractions of the famous Parc Briere (40,000 hectare natural park with incredible wildlife and flora in the marshes) which can be enjoyed by foot, by bike or by punt. Nearby is the walled medieval town of Guerande, seaside resorts such as La Baule and many quiet beaches. For golfers, the famous Chateau de la Bretesche course is less than ten minutes away and visitors are welcome.
