The buyer will have to pay when signing up:

Local Amenities
Beach, scenic walks, nature reserve, pubs and clubs, take aways in local towns, fishing, historical attractions and indoor pools.
The Park has direct access to sandy beaches, dunes and riverside walks extending many miles. There is also a cliff-top path giving pedestrian access to the resort of Newbiggin.
Sandy Bay Holiday Park is convenient for Northumberland points of interest such as Kielder, Hadrian's Wall, Holy Island etc. and is close the the start of the Northumberland Castles Route, which will take you to Alnwick Castle (the Windsor Castle of the north) with its famous gardens/tree house restaurant and Bamburgh Castle amongst others. This route terminates at Berwick, which is on the Scottish Border some 50 miles north.
There is bus access to Newcastle, the Metro Centre, Ashington and Morpeth (from where trains run frequently to Edinburgh and Berwick).
