The caravan comes all fully equiped with Freeview, curtains, cushions, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle and all crockery and cutlery and a hoover. There is also a Vanguard shed sited next to the caravan, for patio furniture and BBQ storage, which is 6 months old it cost £400 new.

The electricity meter and gas bottles are stored outside and the only other bills to be paid are the site fees and rates.

Park Resorts Highfield Grange

Our caravan for sale is sited on Highfield Grange (Park Resorts) in Clacton On Sea and is situated within a few minutes walk of the main clubhouse, so you do not here any noise.

On site is an indoor and outdoor swimmiing pool with a slide. The clubhouse (the Grange) has recently been redeveloped and has lots of entertainment going on as well as kids entertainment.

The site also has The Boathouse, in which you can grab a drink and something to eat, or just watch TV. There is also an arcade and pool tables available.

Again, recently redeveloped, is a fenced in football pitch and kids playground. On site there is a launderette and shop.

With 5 minutes walk of the site there is a 24 hour Tesco and a Morrisons food stores, as well as a KFC and Pizza Hut.

About 5 minutes drive from ther site is Clacton Shopping Village and there are also various car boot sales on at various locations.

The site is situated 1.5 miles from Clacton beach itself, and you can catch the bus outside the park and head straight into town. Neighbouring Clacton are various villages; our favourite is Walton on the Naze, which has its own pier and sandy beach. Also nearby is Colchester for more variety.
