The master double bedroom has a dressing table and stool, large wardrobe and top cupboards. The second bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and top cupboards.

The bathroom has a shower, mirrored cabinet, cupboards and wash basin. There is a separate toilet with its own wash basin.

Outside there is a large storage cupboard, which is lockable. There are also two gas bottles and PVC outside furniture.

The mobile home is for sale at a price of just £8,500 which includes the site fees for 2008 and extras such as bedding, vacuum cleaner, crockery, saucepans etc.

NB: The site fees include all electricity used, water charges and an annual boiler service. Gas is supplied by the site in bottles, but charged for as an extra.

Annual mobile home insurance is in the region of £110.

Camping le Deffay

The site is in a rural setting approximately 2 miles west of Pontchateau in Southern Brittany. The site is in the grounds of a chateau and you have walking access to the grounds and nearby lakes.

There are two large supermarkets a short drive away in Pontchateau. The town also has most other amenities such as a hairdresser, Tourist Office and a variety of shops.

A short drive away are local beaches, the most well know of which is La Baule with its long, sandy beach.

A National Park called La Briere is also within a short distance and there are barge trips and horse drawn traps taking you through the reserve. There is also the medieval walled town of Guerande, which is not to be missed.
