In the Medoc region of South West France this site has approximately 40 plots, most of which are owner occupied and about half are lived in all year round.

At the moment there are about 5 or 6 homes owned by English families and the rest are lovely, friendly and very helpful French neighbours.

Site fees are approximately 2000 Euros per year.

Le Pey Bourdieu Sud is one mile from the nearest village of Naujac Sur Mer which has a bar, restaurant, post office, school and church. The nearest shopping town is Lesparre, which is about six miles to the north and has everything you could want including large supermarkets and DIY stores, restaurants, main post office, petrol stations, Doctors, Dentists, clinics etc.

Lesparre is a gorgeous, typically French provincial town with a monthly street market, well worth visiting whether you come to live here or not. There are fantastic, clean, sandy beaches at Hourtin plus a lake (with beach) large enough for sailing boats which are ten miles from the site.

The nearest airports are Bordeaux to the south and La Rochelle to the north, both approximately one hour's drive.
