This caravan is offered for sale being in immaculate condition.

It is situated in a superb location, one of the best on the Perran Sands site, and enjoys views of the sea from the lounge window. It is very quiet as it is surrounded by privately owned caravans.

The beach is located at the bottom of the sandunes just in front of the caravan.

The caravan offers superb holiday comfort with double glazing and central heating, allowing breaks even when the weather is not so good. It has a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, gas fire, TV with digi box and a DVD player.

The letting potential is very good, I was acheiving £795 per week in August and 90% of people that stayed left cards to say how nice the caravan was.
