Solent Breezes Holiday Park
The park has excellent amenities, which include a bar/club/restaurant with superb views across sea to Cowes, a swimming pool, laundry, boat park, slipway and moorings (use of which is subject to sailing club membership).
Children are well catered for at the park, for as well as the swimming pool there is a play area for them, complete with swings and other attractions. For the adults there is a tennis court.
There is also a grocery store on site and a small selection of essential groceries held in the site office. A new shop is to be built in the near future.
The park’s location in Hampshire affords easy access to the south coast from Chichester to Bournemouth via the M27. Nearby Portsmouth, with it’s historic dockyard, Nelsons flagship HMS Victory and HMS Warrior, the first iron clad warship, has the added advantage of Gunwharf Quay’s and the Isle of Wight ferries. The ferries can also be accessed from Southampton and Lymington.
The beautiful New Forest is only twenty minutes away by car.
In addition to all of the above, the whole package can be regarded as having excellent rental potential.
