The master bedroom has a double bed with wardrobe and two large drawers, cupboards over the bed and bedside table. The en-suite shower room, with WC and sink, is spacious and powerful.

The other two bedrooms are twin rooms with roomy 3 foot single beds in both rooms, wardrobe with drawers and overhead cupboards.

The main bathroom also has a powerful shower WC and sink.

Outside there is a gas BBQ, table, chairs and sun loungers for your use.

There is ample parking to the front of the large 200m2 pitch, which is surrounded on 3 sides by mature hedges. The mobile home is situated on a secluded pallate about 5-6 minutes gentle stroll from all amenities. Straight across from the pallate entrance is a large children's playground and three tennis courts.

Les Charmettes

The site itself is the excellent 4 star Siblu flagship site Les Charmettes, which boasts a fantastic pool complex, complete with indoor pool, 2 outdoor pools, water chute, 4 lane water slide, baby pool and water playstation. Other amenities on park include table tennis, boules, the fitness trail and (at a charge) tennis, mini golf, archery, pool tables and cycle hire.

There is a well stocked shop, bars, restaurant, pizzeria and takeaway on site with many more restaurants nearby in La Palmyre, Arvert and La Tremblade.

Local Places of Interest

There are two main beaches near to the site; La Palmyre is a family friendly beach with calm water and sandy beaches, and in the other direction you have The Cote Sauvage, a paradise for surfers - beware of very strong currents!!!!

The zoo at La Palmyre is an award winner and a fantastic day out for all the family no matter what their age.

Royan is about a twenty minute drive and has an impressive marina, constructed in 1965. Enlarged in 1983 it has recently encroached on the beach and has been enlarged again. Espace Nautique, situated in the yachting marina offers numerous activities for children, young people and adults. You can take a boat trip from Royan during the day or evening, or if it takes your fancy, boat hire is available too.

Luna Park is just minutes from the site. It's only open in July and August from 8pm until midnight, but is all the fun of the fair.

And a little further down the road you can find the Indian Adventure. This is tree climbing with a difference. Suitable for children aged about 5-6 years (depending on height) to adults, but they do have a bouncy castle area for younger brothers and sisters.
