The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need, from a teapot to picnic cool box! There is a full size cooker, large fridge/freezer and microwave. There is a good sized table and four chairs, plus the large corner seating area.

A highchair and cot are also available at no extra charge, along with a small selection of toys and games for all ages.

We have a fully enclosed decked area, which is gated. Patio Furniture, sun shade and gas BBQ are provided at no extra charge.

Our holiday home is on a small friendly site in the Village of Loyat, just 4 km from Ploermel.

The site is open all year round and our home is heated throughout and available all year.

The Park & Region

Loyat is a traditional Brittany village with friendly local cafes and shops. A meal in the restaurant is a must and excellent value at around €10 - including wine! The village is 4kms from Ploermel which has several hypermarkets, a weekly market with excellent seafood stalls, and friendly cafés and bars, ideal for resting after all the shopping.

Camelot Park is set within the village of Loyat and facilities include bike hire, small shop, play area, tennis court and all year round swimming pool. Fishing is also available subject to license, which can be obtained from the local bar.

The Mobile Home is located at the edge of the park with great views of the lake. Only 4 other mobile homes are on the lakeside.

Locally you will find excellent water sports close by at the Lac au Duc, 9 hole golf course, horse riding and cycle rides. Venture a little further to Josselin and Malestroit, both steeped in history and boasting museums, for superb weekly markets and excellent walks along the Nantes and Brest Canal.

Further Afield

40 minute's drive away is historic Vannes. Wander the ramparts and take in the colours and smells of the large weekly market. During spring and summer the gardens are a real must. On the outskirts you will find a very large Carrefour hypermarket where you can fill the car up with those essentials to bring home.

There are also many deserted beaches just a little further within the Gulf of Morbihan, the bay of a thousand islands. Boat trips are readily available from Vannes as well as along the coast. This can be booked at most tourist offices.

We require a £50 non-refundable booking fee within 7 days of booking and all holidays should be paid in full 8 weeks before your departure date.
