Owner's Description

Mobile home to let, 34x12, with three bedrooms, fully fitted kitchen, shower room and separate lounge and dining areas.

The bedrooms consist of one double and two twin, as well as extra bedroom facilities in the lounge area if required.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven/hob, microwave and full size fridge freezer. A full range of utensils, cutlery, crockery and glasses are provided. Constant piped gas is also supplied for your convenience.

The lounge area is very relaxing and comes fitted with colour TV & DVD together with a stereo unit.

Outside the mobile home you are surrounded by conifer bushes to three sides, giving you privacy and seclusion to the already secluded pallet of privately owned mobile homes.

There is a patio area with sunloungers, table and chairs together with a BBQ for al fresco eating and relaxing on those hot summer days and nights. There is ample parking at the front of the home.

Haven Europe Les Charmettes

Our mobile home is situated on the excellent 4 star Haven Europe flagship site Les Charmettes. There are superb facilities for all the family - young and old. Children from the age 1 upwards are catered for with three children's clubs. There is also a magical pool complex complete with indoor and outdoor pools, flumes and water slides, which will make for hours of fun for everyone. The pool complex has lifeguards for your peace of mind.

The Equinox entertainment complex provides a full entertainment programme for the whole season, with shows and family entertainment to an exceedingly high standard.

Other facilities on the site include a traditional pub, outside entertainment area, supermarket, holiday shop, food take-away, launderette and superb restaurant, which produces an excellent menu for all the family.

At Les Charmettes relaxation is the name of the game, but action is not far away. Bike hire is available as well as a whole load of activities. The surrounding area to the site is of natural beauty.

Miles of golden sandy beaches are only 5 minutes away surrounded by acres of fragrant pine forest.
