Patio equipment supplied comprises a table with large umbrella, 6 dining chairs, 3 sun loungers and a BBQ.

Stored in the adjacent timber shed (key available from our manager) are 2 mountain bikes, quality fishing gear, outside light, beach umbrella, cushions for loungers, iron and ironing board, picnic basket, together with bats, balls, shuttles, racquets and buckets and spades.

Our manager and friend, who lives within 50 yards, will welcome you upon arrival and ensure that everything is ready for your holiday.

Collection to and from Nice International Airport can be arranged (fee payable directly to the driver).

Camp du Pylone

Camp du Pylone is a fairly large family operated site. The park has one of the best locations on the French Riviera being close to the fortified town of Antibes and with excellent rail and road links to Cannes, Nice, Monaco and Menton. The bus service is second to none, both in convenience and tariff (standard fare of 1 Euro 30 cents in operation).

Away from the coast, the mountain villages of Biot, St Paul de Vence, Valbonne, and Gourdon are a must to visit.

On site, there is an English speaking Reception, with Bureau de Change and safety deposit boxes. Pay telephones are available in this area.

Located within the main commercial area of Camp du Pylone is an excellent restaurant with takeaway facilities. There is both an indoor and outdoor bar area with large TV screens and a stage to host evening entertainment. This area also contains a reasonable supermarket and a separate bakery. The launderette is located midway between the Reception and Commercial centre.

The large swimming pool with adjacent children's pool and sunbathing area, is a feature of the camp. A small entrance charge is made in July and August.

The River Brague flows to one side of the park and is available for fishing. Other leisure activities available include a young children's park area, football pitch, handball court, and table tennis.

Excursions to many of the popular attractions of the area are offered by several small firms resident within Camp du Pylone. All brochures and many maps will be found within our mobile home.

We have decided to change from a weekly rental to a nightly occupation fee, which will mean that if you only stay for 8/10/12 nights then that is what you pay for - not a whole second week!
