The lounge/dining area has more than enough room to accommodate eight people and benefits from an LCD TV with Freeview, a DVD player, Playstation with games, and a CD player. We have also provided a selection of games (monopoly, chess set, boggle and children’s puzzles) and books for the enjoyment of our guests.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a full size gas cooker with oven, grill and 4 ring hob, a microwave, toaster, electric kettle, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. A full size ironing board and iron is also provided, as is a hair dryer.
For the young there is a travel cot, beach tent, Maclaren buggy, cotside for the bed, high chair, junior cutlery and potty.
Duvets, pillows and blankets are provided. However, guests will need to bring duvet covers, sheets and towels. Alternatively these can be hired for a small charge from Siblu reception.
The Outside
The exterior of the mobile home benefits from an extensive terrace stretching the entire length of the home, with a half canopied area to shade you from the hot, Mediterranean sun! The terrace is fully equipped with sun loungers and table and chairs, and is totally safe for children as both openings are secured by gates.
There is a shed in the garden which houses beach equipment (bucket and spades, body boards, children’s skittles) and sports gear such as a set of golf clubs (2 courses nearby with driving range), tennis rackets, badminton rackets and a swingball.
La Carabasse - Vias Plage
Arriving at the Park you will be struck by how clean, smart and inviting it looks. The centrepiece of the Park is the stunning pool complex with its 4 lane waterslide and waterchute. There is also a separate toddler and baby paddling pool.
The Park offers a full range of activities for all ages. During the day there are 3 kids clubs - Paws for age 1-4 years, Tiger for age 5-9 years and T.Co for age 10-14 years. There are many different activities available on the Park, which include outdoor playing areas, video games rooms, boules, crazy golf, multi-sports pitch for ball games etc. Also La Carabasse Beach Club, which is open from May to September offering rental of pedalos, sailboats etc., and which also serves food and drink.
Park fun passes to gain access to the swimming pool and clubs can be purchased at the Siblu office.
There is a choice of two bars at the Park, the outside bar where the main evening entertainment is held and also the Atoll Bar which has an adjacent restaurant and also Sky TV.
Also on site there is a supermarket with its own bakery, a launderette, takeaway, pizzeria, bureau de change, information bureau and safety deposit boxes.
A short stroll using the gate out the rear of the park, will take you to the beach. Alternatively you can walk along the road and take in the bars, restaurants and shops which line both sides of the street. Walking in the opposite direction will bring you to the old town of Vias where you can enjoy a relaxed, laid back, typically French atmosphere.
Across the road from La Carabasse you will find the Europark Leisure Park which has lots of great and exciting rides, and activities for all ages.
The Languedoc region boasts some of the best beaches in France and is well known for its wine. There are many places of interest nearby to visit such as the walled city of Carcassonne, the city of Montpelier, or take a gentle stroll alongside the Canal du Midi which is near to the Park.
Terms & Conditions
At the time of booking a deposit of 25% must be paid. Full payment for your holiday must be received 6 weeks prior to departure together with a refundable damage deposit of £100. This damage deposit will be refunded as soon after the completion of the holiday following an inventory and damage report by the cleaning staff.
If you wish to book your holiday less than 8 weeks prior to departure (subject to availability) the full payment will be required. Upon receipt of full payment a voucher will be sent for the holiday booking along with any final instructions, please check details carefully.
Refunds and Cancellation of Booking
If you cancel your booking you will be required to pay a cancellation charge. This charge will be the 25% deposit if you cancel more than 6 weeks before arrival. Less than 6 weeks before arrival the charge will be a percentage of the total cost of your holiday.
Availability
Availability will be given to the person lodging their deposit first. Notification will be sent by Email (preferred) or letter.
Car parking
One car space is provided adjacent to the home, further cars will have to be parked at the main entrance car park.
Arrival and Departure
The accommodation will not be available before 4pm. Should you encounter a delay it will be your responsibility to inform the park of this. The accommodation must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
Parc Fun Passes
Passes can be purchased at the Siblu office, these cover access to the swimming pool, children's club etc.
High Season
The high season is between July and August and all the parc facilities will be open. Many if not all will be open in June and September. Exact opening dates of facilities will be at the parc's discretion and outside of our control. If your rental period goes outside of these months any specific requirement must be discussed at the time of booking.
Barbecues
A barbecue is provided, though restrictions may apply during the season for safety reasons, please respect these measures to ensure safety of the parc (Usually not able to be used during May).
General Conditions
The client agrees to be a considerate tenant and take good care of the property, leaving it clean on departure and respecting the enjoyment of those in neighbouring properties as well as complying with any other rules in force on the parc during the course of their stay.
