• Bois Soleil is a 4 star site bordering the sea, but the mobile homes are set back in a pine forest within easy walking distance of safe sandy beaches.
• Our mobile home is on an individual emplacement with a patio, garden furniture and gazebo for your comfort and space to park your car… it is fully equipped for six people and used by our family as a holiday home.
• The campsite has a new bar/restaurant and swimming pool complex, a takeaway facility and a small supermarket.
• To keep the children happy (and Mum & Dad!) there is a play area, a paddling pool for children under 7 years, a games machine room, tennis/table tennis, a boules park and a TV room. There is also a laundry room with washing machines, tumble dryer and ironing boards.
• During July/August there are organised activities for the children, and music/dancing several nights a week.
• From this lovely family campsite it is possible to visit all of the most famous tourist attractions of the area (Royan/Cognac/La Rochelle) and La Palmyre Zoo (reputed to be one of the best in Europe) is only a one hour drive away. Alternatively, just relax on the adjacent beach or explore the string of sandy coves nearby.
• Close by the campsite there are facilities for horse riding, golf, freshwater/sea fishing, parachuting, kite flying, surfing, windsurfing, bicycle hire, boat trips and boat hire
• You have the choice of travelling by boat from Dover or Portsmouth and enjoying the drive through France, or flying to Bordeaux or La Rochelle and hiring a car.
