There is a fully fitted kitchen, including toaster, kettle, cutlery and china with a full size oven and hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. There is plenty of storage space and cupboards.
The bathroom has a ceramic shower unit, basin and toilet.
Duvets, blankets and pillows are provided but bed linen is not.
The home is situated on one of the largest plots on the site of Poitou-Charentes and is bordered on all four sides by a hedge for privacy. It is in a prime location - close to, but not overlooked by, the main site facilities. In addition to a large paved patio area there are two storage sheds, male and female bicycles, and baby's travel cot, play pen and high chair. A bottled gas BBQ is also included. There is ample parking provided at the front of the home.
Les Charmettes
Siblu operate this Parc, undoubtedly the flagship of their sites. Situated in a peaceful countryside location on the outskirts of Les Mathes it is just 3 minutes from the lovely sandy beach at La Palmyre.
The facilities at Les Charmettes are superb. There is an all-weather multi sports complex for football, basketball and volleyball. It also boasts two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, baby pool, five waterslides, watershute and flume as well as table tennis, boules, mini golf and for the more energetic, a Fitness trail and mini Gym. Bicycle hire is also available.
The Parc has a shop, Oasis Bar and Terrace as well as a restaurant with take away facilities. For the youngsters there is the PAWS club, 1-4s and the TIGER club 5-12s or 10-14s. L'Equinoxe is the main entertainment venue where a varied programme is offered during the day and evening.
Local Area
The surrounding villages of La Palmyre, Arvert and La Tremblade offer a range of quality restaurants. Seafood is readily available along this coast and a Plateau de Fruit de Mer (a plate of fresh shellfish) is a very popular dish.
