In high season the children have clubs and something to occupy them all day and evening. The nearest beach has a beach club and watersports available. Of course there is always the superb French cuisine and wine to tempt you at the local restaurants.

Emeraude Home From The Outside
Our 40m² Emeraude is located on a superb corner plot within a quiet cul-de-sac in what is considered to be the finest area of the park.
This premier location is purely residential and quiet, yet only a short walk through the park to where the activities are located.
The home backs onto farmland and there is only one neighbour nearby. A tarmac drive offers enough space for 2 cars and there is a half-covered terrace, which runs the whole length of the home. Outdoor furniture for dining is provided to enjoy your meals on golden evenings, and a BBQ is available, if you wish.
Emeraude Home From The Inside
The interior has a spacious, luxurious feel. The comfortable living area contains a double bed-settee, two armchairs, dining table and chairs plus a fully fitted modern kitchen and breakfast bar. All fittings are in perfect condition. The living area leads into a hallway, housing additional cupboard space. From here you enter a large twin bedroom, family bathroom with shower, and a large master bedroom with en-suite wc and wash basin. The spacious master bedroom has patio doors leading directly onto the terrace, for those warm days and evenings.

BBQ, Satellite TV, radio, microwave, fridge/freezer, fan, French/English adaptors, hairdryer, outside table and chairs, two sun loungers and parasol, duvets and pillows (but you will need to bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels).
