It has 3 bedrooms; the master is a double room with fitted wardrobes and a full en-suite with shower. The second and third bedrooms both have twin beds and plenty of storage space.

As well as curtains, each bedroom has internal blackout blinds to cool the rooms during the day and insect blinds should they be needed. The spacious and comfortable seating area in the lounge can be converted in seconds into a double bed for extra sleeping if required, providing accommodation for up to 8 people.

In addition to the en-suite we have a bathroom with full size shower and wash basin, as well as a separate toilet.

The lounge, which adjoins the 6 seat dining area, comfortably seats 8 and has a gas fire for those chillier evenings. It has double doors that open out onto a secure, gated decking area (ideal for smaller children) with overhead canopy, that has a patio table and chairs with a parasol, sun loungers and a BBQ, which are provided for your use.

The Kitchen has fitted units with a free-standing fridge/freezer, gas oven, grill, hob, microwave and kettle.

Outside there is parking available for one car adjacent to the mobile home.

We provide the quilts and pillows, but please ensure you bring along your own bed linen and towels. We have also provided a travel cot for your use if required.

A hair dryer is also provided for your convenience!

The mobile home is very well designed and practical with everything provided to make your holiday a pleasant and enjoyable one.

La Carabasse - Haven Europe Site

Our luxurious, 2007 model is situated on the Siblu (Haven Europe), La Carabasse Parc.

Upon arrival at the Parc, which is a mass of flowers and palm trees, you will notice the clean and tidy looking surroundings. All of the mobile homes are located around the stunning pool complex with waterslides and chutes.

In the evening you have the choice of two bars, one for your main evening entertainment outside and the other to sit and enjoy a drink watching Sky TV indoors. The site management organises games, competitions and shows to provide a varied programme of family entertainment.

Funpark passes can be purchased at the Siblu office, these cover access to the swimming pool, children's club etc.

The Local Area

There is a Hyper U supermarket at nearby Agde which gives you more variety and is much cheaper.

The Parc is close to restaurants, shops and bars. The beach, with bar and water sports, is within walking distance and there is a shortcut via a gate situated at the rear of the Parc. La Carabasse beach club offers a massive range of water sport activities from pedalos to windsurfing. The beach bar is open May to September and serves food and drink.

Outside the Parc and a short stroll away, you can either head towards the beach where the road is lined with shops, restaurants and bars or you can head towards the old town of Vias and have a quiet drink in one of the bars tucked away amongst the maze of alleyways.

Places to Visit

For great family fun you can visit the Europark Leisure Park which is close by and has fantastic rides to suit children and adults. You can also have a game of mini golf or have a go on the bungee swing.

The historic region of the Languedoc also has a lot to offer. At Vias Plage where the mobile home is situated, the Mediterranean has formed a long cove of fine sand surrounding the unspoilt lagoons. Here you can idle your day away and relax on the large beach.

If you fancy exploring away from the area for the day, there are plenty of places to visit such as Cap d’Agde and Agde itself, Sete, Montpellier, Carcassonne and Spain is only a couple of hours drive away.

Suitability

Suitable for young children. This Siblu site is a general family park with excellent facilities for children including children’s clubs for 1-14 years old.

Terms & Conditions

At the time of booking a deposit of 40% must be paid. Full payment for your holiday must be received 6 weeks prior to departure together with a refundable damage deposit of £100. This damage deposit will be refunded as soon after the completion of the holiday following an inventory and damage report by the cleaning staff.

If you wish to book your holiday less than 8 weeks prior to departure (subject to availability) the full payment will be required. Upon receipt of full payment a voucher will be sent for the holiday booking along with any final instructions, please check details carefully.

Refunds and Cancellation of Booking - If you cancel your booking you will be required to pay a cancellation charge. This charge will be the 40% deposit if you cancel more than 6 weeks before arrival. Less than 6 weeks before arrival the charge will be a percentage of the total cost of your holiday.

Availability - Availability will be given to the person lodging their deposit first. Notification will be sent by Email (preferred) or letter.

Car parking - One car space is provided adjacent to the home, further cars will have to be parked at the main entrance car park.

Arrival and departure - The accommodation will not be available before 4pm. Should you encounter a delay it will be your responsibility to inform the park of this. Failure to arrive within 24 hours of the due arrival date may result in your holiday being cancelled and no refund will be given.

The accommodation must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.

Park fun passes - Can be purchased at the Siblu office, these cover access to the swimming pool, children's club etc.

High season - The high season is between July and August and all the park facilities will be open. Many if not all will be open in June and September. Exact opening dates of facilities will be at the parks discretion and outside of our control. If your rental period goes outside of these months any specific requirement must be discussed at the time of booking.

Barbecues - A Barbecue is provided, though restrictions may apply during the season for safety reasons, please respect these measures to ensure safety of the park. (Usually not able to be used during May).

General Conditions - The client agrees to be a considerate tenant and take good care of the property, leaving it clean on departure and respecting the enjoyment of those in neighbouring properties as well as complying with any other rules in force on the park during the course of their stay.
