Owner's Description

2 bedroom mobile home on a lovely quiet sunny pitch on the popular site Quinquis at Le Pouldu.

Accommodation consists of a double bedroom with duvet and a second room with 2 small single beds suitable for children, also with duvets. A further double bed can be opened up in the lounge area. All pillows are provided plus 2 sleeping bags.

There is also a lovely equipped kitchen and roomy sitting room with gas fire. The bathroom has ceramic fittings and a walk in shower, basin and toilet.

Our van is extremely well equipped with all cooking utensils, crockery and glasses etc. There is a gas cooker with oven, grill and gas hob and a microwave. a fridge is also provided.

Other items include: Radio cassette, Iron, Electric kettle, Some games, Books, Tourist guide, Maps, Badminton rackets and shuttle cocks, Tennis raquets, Table tennis bats and balls and a body board for surfing.

Outside is a sunny terrace/decking area with table, chairs, sun lounger and parasol. A BBQ is also provided.

Camping Du Quinquis

QuinQuis is owned and run by an English couple to very high standard. No language problems here! The site facilities include a laundry area with washing machines and dryers.

The site has numerous activities: 2 heated swimming pools and a toddlers pool, Bike Hire, Tennis Courts, Football Pitch, Volley Ball, Table Tennis, Crazy Golf, Games Room (Pool), Childrens Club (main Season only)

There is a great bar area to relax either by the pool-side or in the evenings. The bar has a wide screen TV for those sports fanatics! There are also organised Quiz nights in English which are very popular and live music evenings.

French and English takeaway food is available at Claude's Kitchen. Claude is a retired Parisian Chef.

Fabulous sandy beaches to choose from at nearby Le Pouldu.

In the surrounding beautiful countryside you can enjoy rambles along the coast or River Laita, horse riding, kayaking, fishing, or just visit the lovely fishing coves, the artists centre at Pont Aven, historic walled town at Concarneau or the narrow shopping streets of Quimper. Carnac with its ancient stones is easily reached as is the Quiberon Peninsular, Vannes and Auray.
