Adjoining the lounge area are two bedrooms: a double bedroom with double bed, wardrobe space and large window overlooking a valley of olive groves leading to the sea; a second double bedroom with twin single beds and wardrobe space.

Facilities include a shower room with basin, and a separate plumbed in toilet.

Towels for the shower and sink are provided, but not outdoor towels for the loungers or the beach.

Clean bedding is provided.

Outside you can relax in two separate garden areas. One is a large area with sea views, an outdoor dining table with seating and a large sun umbrella.

The other is an even bigger area with four sun loungers, ideal for working on that tan, and a BBQ for enjoying the warm evenings and having a dinner al-fresco.

Both these areas are completely private and only accessible by guests at the home.

Around & About

The surrounding area is beautiful countryside dotted with private villas and olive and almond groves. Velez-Malaga, the nearest town at 4km away, is steeped in tradition with churches, castle remnants, and tiny narrow streets. In contrast, all modern facilities are available on the edge of the town thanks to a new shopping centre with hypermarket, top brand clothes outlets, restaurants, 10 screen cinema and bowling. There is also a waterpark opposite the centre.

Torre Del Mar, the nearest beach resort, is just a 15 minutes drive from the home, and has everything you could need with many different types of restaurants and tapas bars, beautiful shops and miles of sandy beaches. Perfect for a day on the beach and then a stroll along the prom before dinner.

There are also several white villages nearby, full of charm and a good example of the traditional way of Spanish life. These are wonderful to visit, in particular Nerja, set on a craggy rock crop with small sandy coves below. Each village has a weekly market with fresh local produce and gifts.

Further afield there are many attractions worth visiting in a day. The Alhambra Palace in Granada is a two and a half hour drive. Malaga city with its Picasso Museum is 45 minutes away. Seville, Cordoba and Ronda are also within reach for a day trip.
