The kitchen area includes a four-ring gas cooker, oven and grill, microwave, toaster and kettle, as well as more than enough pans, crockery,
cutlery and utensils (including the essential corkscrew!)
The shower room comprises a shower, flushable, non-chemical loo and sink.
You'll also find things like a hair dryer, iron and vacuum cleaner for your use.
Outside our home you have exclusive use of garden furniture and parasol, a gazebo, along with a barbecue.
The site at Domain de Kerlann is simply fantastic!
It is a 4* Haven Europe park set in beautiful woodland surroundings. For those who want an active holiday, the site offers three indoor
and outdoor swimming pools (and a paddling area for little kids), bike hire, tennis, children's football classes, mini golf, table tennis
and so on.
If you're after a more relaxing time the site and the surrounding countryside and beaches provide endless opportunities to unwind
sunbathing, strolling, reading or whatever! Most of the site-based activities cost additional amounts – Fun passes can be bought which allow
access to the pools.
The site is particularly wonderful for children. There are daily clubs and professionally staffed activities for kids of all ages
(Tiger Club, Paws, etc.), in addition to the bikes, pools, tennis, mini golf and several playgrounds - again, very nearby but out of
earshot!
We have holidayed here with three and later four young children. We feel that the site is safe for our 6 and overs to go off and explore
together - it's become a place where they have learnt to spread their wings a little.
The site also includes a shop, bar, and a bi-lingual and really friendly information centre - we lost our car key a few years ago (it's a
long story) and they were invaluable!
Surrounding the site are the villages and small towns of Pont Aven (where the artist Gaugin spent a lot of time), Nevez and Tregunc, as well
as the historic towns of Concarneau and Quimper. These offer everything you need - restaurants and cafes, markets and tourist shops,
picturesque streets and art galleries. There is a supermarket in each of these towns.
A little further afield you'll find a zoo, aquarium, water parks and leisure parks.
Less than three miles from the site lies the beautiful southern Britanny coast and beaches for you to explore.
Other Important Information
- Quilts and pillows are provided, but you’ll need to bring your own linen.
- Check-in time is after 5pm and check-out time is 10am (on the Saturday, genarally speaking), to allow time for the cleaners to come in.
- We require a £75 non-refundable booking fee within 7 days of booking and all holidays should be paid in full 6 weeks before they start.
Holidays paid in full will not be eligible for refund so please take out holiday insurance to cover this.
- On top of our charges there is an additional charge of £40 PER STAY (€60 as charged to us by Haven) for Haven to clean the caravan after you leave.
