Haven Europe site La Carabasse is abundant with flowers and palm trees. The beach is within walking distance and there is a shortcut to the beach via a gate situated at the back of the parc.

La Carabasse has excellents outdoor facilities such as a swimming pool with qualified lifeguards, four lane waterslide and water chute, tennis courts, basketball, multi sports pitch, boules, bike hire, pool table, table tennis, outdoor children's play areas and children's clubs for ages 1 to 14. To take advantage of the pool and slides you have to obtain a fun pass from Haven reception. These can be bought daily or weekly at a small charge.

The Carabasse beach club offers a whole spectrum of water sport activities from pedalos to windsurfing. The beach bar is open May to September and serves food and drink.

Also on site is a supermarket with its own bakery, which is very well equipped for everything you need. There is a Hyper U supermarket at nearby Agde which gives you more variety and is much cheaper.

Additional facilities on site include launderette, family run restaurant, take-away, safety deposit boxes, bureau de change and information bureau.

In the evening you have the choice of two bars, one for your main evening entertainment outside and a smaller bar where you can sit and enjoy a relaxing drink, perhaps watching Sky TV.

The site management organises games, competitions and shows to provide a varied programme of family entertainment.

Moving away from the park, you can either stroll towards the beach where the road is lined with shops, restaurants and bars or you can head towards the old town of Vias and have a quiet drink in one of the bars tucked away amongst the maze of alleyways.

For non-stop fun you can visit the Europark Leisure Park which is close by. It has fantastic rides that suit children and adults. You don't pay to enter but pay when you go on the rides. You can also have a game of mini golf or have a go on bungy swing.

Terms and conditions

At the time of booking a deposit of 25% must be paid. Full payment for your holiday must be received 6 weeks prior to departure together with a refundable damage deposit of £100. This damage deposit will be refunded as soon after the completion of the holiday following an inventory and damage report by the cleaning staff.

If you wish to book your holiday less than 8 weeks prior to departure (subject to availability) the full payment will be required. Upon receipt of full payment a voucher will be sent for the holiday booking along with any final instructions, please check details carefully.

Refunds and Cancellation of Booking

If you cancel your booking you will be required to pay a cancellation charge. This charge will be the 25% deposit if you cancel more than 6 weeks before arrival. Less than 6 weeks before arrival the charge will be a percentage of the total cost of your holiday.

Therefore:

35-41 days before arrival: 60%
28- 34 days before arrival: 70%
14-27 days before arrival: 90%
Less than 14 days: 100%

Availability

Availability will be given to the person lodging their deposit first. Notification will be sent by Email (preferred) or letter.

Car parking

One car space is provided adjacent to the home, further cars will have to be parked at the main entrance car park.

Arrival and departure

The accommodation will not be available before 2pm. Should you encounter a delay it will be your responsibility to inform the park of this. Failure to arrive within 24 hours of the due arrival date may result in your holiday being cancelled and no refund will be given.

The accommodation must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.

Park fun passes

Can be purchased at the Haven office, these cover access to the swimming pool, children's club etc.

High season

The high season is between July and August and all the park facilities will be open. Many if not all will be open in June and September. What will be open and what is not is at the parks discretion and outside of our control and as our rental period goes outside of these months your requirement must be discussed at the time of booking.

Barbecues

A Barbecue is provided, restrictions may apply during the season for safety reasons, please respect these measures to ensure safety of the park.

General Conditions

The client agrees to be a considerate tenant and take good care of the property, leaving it clean on departure and respecting the enjoyment of those in neighbouring properties.
