Camping le Dattier is a 4 Star site and is ideal for families. The site is clean and professionally run and well supported with English speaking hosts. In high season there is also free entertainment for children and families.

Camping le Dattier is French owned and is unique as it is not large enough to worry about your children getting lost but has all amenities to hand. It has a very friendly atmosphere and is a very good base to tour the area offering easy access to Nice, Cannes, Monaco and St Tropez for day trips.

The local town and port of Frejus is 10 minutes by car. Frejus is an historic market town with a number of tourist attractions including hypermarkets, restaurants, beach, waterpark and marine harbour. Many watersports are available and fishing and golf is also close by.

Inland you will find Grasse, the perfume capital of the world, a picturesque hillside town well worth a visit, and of course the ubiquitous local vineyards are on your doorstep.

Easyjet fly daily to Nice from London and Gatwick and cheap flights can often be found if booked in advance. A hire car is recommended for the 40 minute drive from Nice but we can offer a taxi service - details on request.
