Externally we have a full length decking and BBQ, which is suited to al fresco meals. The decking is bordered by a grassed plot; ideal for either sunbathing or for kids to play on. Table, chairs and sunloungers are all provided.

Parking is available to the end of the plot.

Location

The caravan is situated centrally and is within easy reach of the pools, main bar and restaurant, laundry room and reception, all of which can be walked to within 2-3 minutes.

The beach and water sports area are within a 5 minute walk.

La Reserve is a family orientated site and has plenty for kids to do whether it be at the pool (3 outdoor pools and water slide and 1 indoor pool) or within one of the kids clubs, or down at the lake. The lake is also the site for water sports and activities such as wind surfing and kayaking (run by Rockley who are RYA approved). The lake is extremely safe and is very shallow, therefore suitable for youngsters to paddle in. The lake is also blessed with a beautiful beach and is a good area for fishing (permit required). There are bars at both the beach and poolside as well as an indoor bar.

Other daytime activities are available including tennis, table tennis and boules. Evening entertainment is always available throughout the summer at the main bar and stage.

Off site places of interests are Arcachon, Bordeaux and Biarritz or Bayonne for reataurants, shopping and site seeing.

For people looking for more adventurous waters Mimizan and Biscarosse Plage are both places that are on the Atlantic giving good surfing and good beaches.
