There is a bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet.

Outside is a paved patio area with table, chairs, parasol and sun loungers. There is also a gas BBQ for outside dining. There is plenty of parking space.

Basic cleaning products are left at the caravan, but items such a washing-up liquid are easily available in the camp shop.

All gas and electric is included in the price.

Our prices start from as little as £150 per week, but please be aware that this reflects the fact that not all amenities on site are available at that time.

We are members of a group of UK Owners at Les Amiaux and employ the services of "hosts" to welcome you on your arrival and give support when required during your stay.

Les Amiaux

Les Amiaux is a lovely 4 * caravan site set in a 30 acre park behind a forest in the Vendee area of France, which has its own micro climate giving it comparable sunshine hours to the South of France.

A ½ mile woodland walk leads to a wide sandy beach, which is very safe for children. There are also many more beaches in the area.

On the site there is a grocery store (opening hours are 8am to 12 noon and 3pm to 7pm) which offers a good range of products at reasonable prices.

The site reception is open from 8am to 6pm for general enquiries (English is spoken).

On site facilities include a licensed bar and restaurant, offering good food and nightly entertainment, plus free internet access available in the bar and café area.

There are 2 pools on the site. The facilities include solar heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools (both children’s and adults) with water chutes. The indoor pool also has a jacuzzi and the outdoor pool has plenty of sun beds for lazy days. There is a splash pool for younger children.

Also on site are tennis, football, volleyball, snooker and of course boules. You can also hire bikes on the site and try out the many the cycle tracks in the area. The bike hire is available through reception as is the purchase of laundry tokens.

This site is an ideal destination for families and couples; there is more than enough here to keep you busy.

The site gates close from 11pm until 8am to vehicles to ensure safety and a good night's sleep for all guests.

Out & About

Nearby is the town of St Jean de Mont with clubs, bars, restaurants and shops, and with a beautiful 4 mile sandy beach with numerous kids clubs on the sand. There are also many lovely little towns and villages within easy reach of Les Amiaux.

There are markets every day somewhere in the surrounding area and an 18 hole coastal golf course.
