Owner's Description

Our mobile home is situated in a tranquil woodland setting on 2.5 hectares of private land.

Lovingly maintained by an English/French couple, you will be welcomed to the beautiful Tuilerie de la Garde where you can enjoy a swim in the 10m swimming pool or kick back and simply enjoy the French sun.

The mobile home sleeps up to 5 people; there is one double bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds and a small child's bed.

You will find a kitchen equipped with a 4 ring gas hob, fridge and microwave. The bathroom has a shower and separate toilet.

Outside there is a terrace where you can enjoy diner l'exterieur, or light the barbecue.

This relaxing hideaway is nestled in the village of Ajat, deep in the Dordogne - halfway between the towns of Perigueux and Brive.

Ajat is a great base for popular attractions such as La Roque Saint-Christophe, the beautiful medieval town of Sarlat and the amazing grottos known as Les Eyzies.

For those looking to stay closer to home, there is a fishing lake 10 minutes drive away at Fossemagne and plenty of walks for the keen randonneur (rambler).
