Owner's Description

Our luxury, fully equipped mobile home is situated on Siblu's flagship Les Charmettes.

It is a virtually brand new ABI Arizona 36x12, with 3 bedrooms consisiting of 1 double and 2 twin/double bedrooms. In addition there is a pull out sofa bed in the lounge area. However, for comfort we would recommend a maximum of 6 people.

Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with cooker/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. There is a very spacious lounge area with radio/CD player, desk top fan, and a dining table with ample seating.

There is a separate shower room with WC.

The mobile home has a private garden surrounded by a large hedge, which makes it very private. There is a large decking area with table and chairs, sun lounger and BBQ.

Les Charmettes

Les Charmettes is a 4 star Siblu Europe site. It has excellent facilitites for all the family including 3 children's clubs: PAWS for ages 1-4; Tiger club for 5-9; T-Co for 10 - teens.

There is a pool complex including outdoor pool with water slides and flumes, an indoor heated pool and jacuzzi, plus tennis, volleyball, table tennis, cycle hire and miniature golf.

There is full entertainment all season round in the entertainment complex, which also contains restaurants and bars.

The site is extremely clean and well maintained with English and French speaking staff and lifeguards on duty at all times.

Local Area

Les Charmettes is located near to the seaside resort of La Palmyre which offers beautiful sandy beaches and one of the largest zoos in France. There is also a golf course nearby at Royan and many lovely traditional French villges nearby.

This is not just a holiday for the children; if you looking for a nice relaxing holiday in a beautiful part of France, or enjoy walking or cycling, there are many delightful forest walks and lovely rolling countryside to enjoy.

All this and the best seafood in France!
