Owner's Description

We have a 3 bedroom, 35x12 Cosalt Cascade mobile home, with one double bedroom with en-suite facilities, and two twin bedrooms.

There is a further house shower room with toilet and wash basin. An extra double bed is available in the lounge area if required.

The mobile home has an electric heater in the lounge, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas oven and grill, microwave and a fridge freezer. There is also a CD player/radio and a hairdryer.

Outside there is a full length terrace with a canopy at one end of the mobile home, with outside garden furniture and a small barbeque.

The mobile home is set on one of the largest pitches on the site, backed by a small wood in a very quiet area of the park, and has a hardend parking space for one car.

Domaine De Kerlann is in a beautiful location, in the countryside surrounded by woodland, with some very picturesque beaches nearby.

The site has excellent facilities which includes two swimming pools, an indoor and outdoor, with smaller kiddies pools for the very little, a splashzone, tennis courts, mini golf, volleyball and an all weather multi-sports pitch.

Also there is a bar, supermarket, take away, restaurant, launderette and several children's outdoor play areas.

There are many sandy beaches nearby and also the pretty town of Pont Aven, once home to artist Paul Gauguin. A short drive you will find the towns of Quimper, Benodet and Concarnau.

During the high season the site has children's clubs for children of all ages - BUBBLES club for 1-4's, PIRATES club for 5-9's and BARACUDAS for 10-14's.

It is necessary to purchase FUN PASSES on arrival for the use of the pools and children's clubs. Sports equipment can also be hired from reception.
