The electrical sockets are standard British 13 amp, although we have provided adaptors if you have anything with a continental plug.
Outdoors there is a 6 metre long covered terrace with table and chairs that leads onto a paved patio with further table and chairs with parasol. You can also relax on the sun loungers; cushions are provided for extra comfort.
The emplacement benefits from both sun and shade so your family can relax whatever your preference and it is kept secluded by the high hedges that border the garden. If you do not want to cook indoors then you can use the gas barbecue with ease and convenience.
You will need to supply your own sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases and all towels - a linen pack is available from Siblu, but needs to be booked in advance direct from the parc and is not included in our prices.
Les Charmettes
This is Siblu's premier Parc in France and provides everything you need to make your family holiday one to remember.
The complex houses the main indoor entertainment centre, outdoor and indoor swimming pools (which are supervised by life guards) as well as children's pools, gym, restaurant, bar-lounge area including children's games area, outdoor stage, ice cream bar, pizzeria/takeaway and supermarket.
Elsewhere on the parc you will find tennis courts, mini golf, boule and other sporting activities. The arc also features a laundrette and hairdressers as well as bike hire. Live entertainment is provided every night in the high season both indoors and outdoors. There are different children's clubs to cover different age groups, these are organised on a daily basis.

Next door to the parc you will find go-karting and also quad bikes for hire.
1 mile away in high season in the evening visit Luna Parc, which the children will love, with all the fun fair rides and various other attractions.
Within a five mile radius of the parc you will find many places of interest.
La Palmyre has one of Europe's largest zoos where you can see over 1000 animals in a beautiful setting. La Tremblade is an interesting market town with its famous oyster beds. Mornac has many art and craft workshops. Les Mathes is just a short stroll from the parc - a typical small village with cafes, park gardens and a 17th century church. Royan is a very popular resort boasting many excellent shops and a variety of restaurants, large marina and a large beach.
Les Charmettes is situated in a beautiful area of the Atlantic Riviera between Les Mathes and La Palmyre. The local beaches are about 3 miles away including those at La Palmyre which has an excellent bay for windsurfing or the pine fringed Cote Sauvage with its miles of golden sands and Atlantic breakers.
Further away you have Marennes, heart of the local oyster industry. Saintes, a Roman city with amphitheatre and excellent shopping centre. Cognac, home of the French brandy distilleries all of which throw open their doors to visitors and is well worth a visit. La Rochelle an ancient walled port with attractve shops and famous aquarium.
The parc is approximately 250 miles from St Malo, 350 miles from Cherbourg and 500 miles from Calais. There are flights from the UK to both La Rochelle and Bordeaux, which are within easy reach of the parc. The area boasts a 'micro' climate with summer sunshine hours similar to the Mediterranean.
