Owner's Description

Our mobile home is in immaculate condition throughout. It is situated in a quiet wooded area just two minutes from the centre of the campsite.

The mobile home has three bedrooms, one double bedded room and the other two rooms have two single beds in each. All bedrooms have ample wardrobe space and electric heating. Pillows and duvets are provided but you will need to bring bed linen and towels.

There is a main bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a separate additional toilet with a wash basin.

The kitchen area has a gas cooker with four burners, an oven and a grill, a fridge/freezer, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker and all cooking implements, cutlery, crockery and glassware.

The lounge has a comfortable seating area with a gas fire, TV which receives French channels only, and a CD/radio player. The dining area has a large dining table and chairs.

The campsite is a Siblu owned park with excellent facilities for all ages including a well stocked shop, take away, restaurant, bars with internet access which offer a wide range of entertainment to suit all tastes.

The extensive pool complex hosts large outdoor and indoor pools, a jacuzzi, splash zone and a separate pool for small children.

The sportszone has a multiuse football/volleyball/basketball pitch, along with tennis courts, table tennis, boules pitches and a crazy golf course.

The local area

  • Concarneau- 10 miles: A lovely old walled town with lots of festivals and music in the summer. Leclerc hypermarket is on the outskirts of town.

  • Pont Aven- 3 miles: A delightful small town famous for its artists.

  • Quimper- 20 miles: A Beautiful city with many shops and a lovely Cathedral.

  • We can recommend the following beaches within a five mile radius: Rospico, Raguenez, Port Manech, Trevignon.

  • Kerascoet/Kercanic: lovely villages with traditional thatched cottages.

  • Kerdruc: a picturesque port with restaurants.

  • There are lots of good restaurants according to taste, such as the creperie 'Ty Bihan' at Tregunc, the hotl restaurant 'Men Du' at Raguenez as recommended on TV. There is a host of restaurants in the old town in Concarneu providing good food at reasonable prices.
