All facilities in our home are new. We offer a gas hob, combination microwave, fridge, toaster, electric kettle, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large range of quality cookware, utensils and crockery.

The lounge is fitted with a colour TV, video, DVD player and music system. There is a range of board games to keep you occupied and a large stock of novels and guide books for those who love to lay in the sun and pick up a good book. There is a tower fan, iron, ironing board and hairdryer for your use.

The site is one of the best on the Cote d'Azur and is well located a short walk across the road from Biot railway station and on direct bus routes to Nice, Cannes and Antibes. Monte Carlo is just 50 minutes direct by train.

The beach is a 5 minute walk from the Camp gates. Marineland, Aquasplash Waterpark and Antibesland Funfair are all just 5 minutes walk.

Site facilities include a bar, restaurant, bakery, pizzeria, gift shop, take away, supermarket, massage hut, laundry facilities and much more. English is spoken on site and locally.

There are endless places to visit and explore during your stay. Mini bus excursions are available on site, which visit Monte Carlo, Eze, St Paul De Vence,Menton. Every Friday there is a mini bus excursion to europe's largest outdoor market in Italy called Ventigmilia which is only 40 minutes away and offers bargains galore.
