The kitchen is a well designed "U" shape, having ample work surface, sink and drainer, cupboards and drawers, a four ringed gas hob and electric cooker hood over, full fridge freezer, microwave and kettle. There are also ample plug points throughout.

In the lounge area there is ample, comfortable seating space, with storage under, a pull out double bed, plus an extendable dining table with chairs. There is a built in twin speakered audio unit with radio, CD and tape player. Also there is an electric heater and a cooling fan.

Adjacent to the double bedroom there is the shower room with good sized shower, separate wash hand basin and cupboards both over and under. There are two lockable doors to this room, one from the double bedroom and the other from the lounge.

At the opposite end, next to the twin bedroom, is the toilet with a further wash hand basin.

Outside, the perimeter is bordered with holleanders and other deciduous shrubs for maximum privacy. There is a large patio with two sun beds, table, six outside chairs and large parasol. In addition there is ample parking on the plot for two cars.

Le Dattier

Le Dattier is a small, calm, peaceful, family owned and run site situated on the outskirts of Frejus between Monaco and the Italian border to the east, and Saint Tropez to the west.

On site there are two swimming pools, a bar/restaurant, tennis court, table tennis, boules and a small childrens play area.

Across the road from the main entrance is a Leader Price supermarket which carries a good range of products at reasonable prices.

Within a ten minute drive there are beautiful safe, sandy beaches, a water theme park and watersports.

The towns of Frejus and Saint Raphael have an abundance of restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets.

All in all a great holiday area, where there is no shortage of things to do and see.
