Our mobile home is situated on Camping du Quinquis, a family friendly 3 star campsite in 20 acres of wooded parkland. It is owned by an English couple who are always available on site.

The facilities are excellent, with three swimming pools (including a paddling pool for toddlers), two outdoor play areas with slides/swings etc., tennis court (book in reception), basketball/volleyball court, table tennis tables (we provide bats & balls!), football pitch, a superbly run children’s club during the summer holidays, a games room and a highly recommended take-away (during high season), not to mention a family orientated bar next to the pools.

Laundry facilities (washing machines and dryers) are also available onsite. You can hire bikes for the whole family too - let us know when you book.

Local Area

Camping du Quinquis is approximately 5 minutes away from Le Pouldu and 10 minutes from Guidel Plage, where the sandy beaches are ideal for the family. Local places of interest include:

Doelan Port
A delightful fishing port, where you can buy your fish and seafood or enjoy an apéritif whilst watching the comings and goings of the yachts and fishing boats.

Guidel Market
Excellent Sunday morning market where you can buy delicious local produce, especially fish and oysters.

La Pigouliere - Le Pouldu
Great value restaurant overlooking Kerou beach in Le Pouldu and perfect for families. They even provide a 3 course meal for the children!

Pouldu Harbour
Great place to stop for a drink, go crabbing, or, in the height of summer, catch a boat across the estuary to Guidel Plage.

Beyond that, a short drive will take you to Concarneau, a medieaval fortress town, Pont Aven, and numerous unspoilt villages, ports and towns.
