Owner's Description

My holiday home to rent was new in June 2007.

It is all in neutral tones and has three bedrooms, a double room with en-suite and two twin rooms, and two bathrooms, each with a white and chrome suite and power shower.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with a fridge freezer, microwave, stainless steel hob and gas oven full size, and all crockery and cutlery.

The lounge and dining area is very spacious. The dining room suite has an extended table if you wanted to eat inside, and I have also a covered large terrace outside with table and chairs that sits eight people.

The lounge area has plenty of seating and for your enjoyment and includes an LCD TV, CD player and DVD player.

This is a new and very comfortable holiday home for you and your family to enjoy your stay in this lovely part of France.

Les Charmettes

Les Charmettes is the flag ship of the Siblu group of holiday parks. Each home on this park is surrounded by 6ft high hedging giving you complete privacy to sunbathe on the sun loungers or BBQ - yes, there is one in the garden.

There are five swimming pools on the park, with water chutes and slides, plus a marvellous life guard squad. There is also tennis, volleyball, archery, football and boules on the outside pitches plus clubs for children; Paws for 1-4 yrs, Tigers for 5-12yrs and T.Co for 10-14s.

On site we have Le Hacienda, a very good restaurant, a takeaway pizzeria, a poolside bar and an inside bar with some great music in the evenings. Le Equinoxe is the entertainment centre for some great nightly adult and children's shows. Also on site is a supermarket, which carries all one needs, and there is also one in the delightful local village.

Bikes can be hired to cycle through the forest to the beaches, of which there are plenty to choose from.

The Park has so much to offer families, or if you golf like me, The Royan, a super 18 hole course is just a few minutes away, which also has a great restaurant.

The surrounding areas have so much to offer paintball games in the forest horse riding,hores racing and we have the world known famous La Palmyre zoo.I hope you will come to explore this lovely part of France and enjoy staying in my holiday home.
