The lounge/dining area, comfortably seats 8 and has a gas fire for those chillier evenings, together with a tv/dvd player and a selection of discs though you might like to bring your own discs. It has two doors, one from the lounge and another from the bedroom end, these open out onto a secure, childproof gated decking area which is ideal for smaller children, a large hanging parasol over a patio table and eight chairs, a separate spike parasol and base, two sun loungers and a BBQ are provided for those lazy lunches and after lunch gin and tonic times.

The Kitchen has fitted units with a free-standing fridge/freezer, gas oven, grill, hob, microwave, filter coffee maker and a kettle plus a full inventory of crockery, cutlery, glasses and cooking tools.

There is a toilet/bathroom with shower and wash basin.

Outside there is parking available for one car adjacent to the mobile home or two with a bit of a squeeze, mind you don't knock over the low level street light as some have done (but not us of course).

We provide the quilts/blankets, pillows and bed linen plus tea towels and hand towels, but please ensure you bring along your own bath and beach towels.

A hair dryer is also provided for your convenience.

The mobile home is very well designed and practical with everything provided to make your holiday a pleasant and enjoyable one.

La Carabasse

Arriving at the Parc, you will see it is well laid out and planted with flowers, shrubs and palms. Our mobile home is located close to the central pool complex with its waterslides and flume. The pool is next to the bar and snack bar and the outside entertainment area where there is live entertainment every evening in high season.

The swimming and childrens pool area is constantly manned by qualified friendly lifeguards and is enhanced by a four lane waterslide and a seperate flume. Other sports are available on parc including, tennis, archery, boule, football and basketball, there is also an entertainment games area with pool table, air hockey, table tennis, and games machines. Children's play areas are located over the parc with swings and slides. Horse riding and water sports can be found nearby.

On site is a small supermarket and launderette. Safety deposit boxes and a bureau de change are available in the reception though the on site exchange commission is very high. Information bureau can be found in the reception or at the information centre locally.

There is organised children's entertainment with childrens clubs for three different age groups 1 - 4, 5 - 9 and 10 - 14, with live shows often invoving the children. Other live entertaiment is from visiting bands and the parc entertainers themselves giving professional shows of dancing and singing.

In the evening you have the choice of two bars, one near the pool, for your main evening entertainment outside and the other close to the restaurant and main gate, to sit relaxed, enjoying a drink or watching Sky TV indoors, this bar is used for the main entertainment when the weather is not so kind so you will never have to miss out on the fun.

Funpark passes can be purchased at the reception and these cover access to the swimming pool, children's clubs etc.

There is a Hyper U supermarket at nearby Agde which gives you much more variety and is much cheaper, whilst two small supermarkets are available off site in Vias Plage

La Carabasse is close to restaurants, shops and bars, while the beach, with bars and water sports, is within walking distance, there is a shortcut via a gate at the rear of the Parc. Siblu's own beach bar offers a range of water sports such as pedaloes and windsurfing whilst other water activities like banana boat or doughnut rides are available. The beach bar is open from May until September selling food and drinks and the beautiful sandy beach is superb.

Local Area

Outside the Parc and a short walk away, you can head through Vias Plage towards the beach, with shops, bars and restaurants to pass your time in en route, alternately, you can head towards the town of Vias for a meal or drink in one of its bars or restaurants in the old narrow streets.

Europark Leisure Park which is nearby with its great rides to suit old and young alike.

Cap D’Agde nearby, has Aqualand. A water park full of slides, flumes, pools and fun.

For the anglers among you, the Midi canal and rivers are close by.

Languedoc is a beautiful part of France having a lot to offer in the way of history and fine sandy beaches all to be taken with the Meditteranean sunshine.

If you fancy getting away for the day, there are plenty of places to visit such as Cap d’Agde with its nudist beach (Oo la la) and Agde itself with its riverside restaurants, Sete, Montpellier, Carcassonne, Bezier, whilst Spain is only a couple of hours drive away with it‘s different culture and cheaper booze.

The parc is perfect for families with young children with every effort made to ensure you and your family will have a perfect holiday.

Booking

At the time of booking a deposit of 40% must be paid. Full payment for your holiday must be received 6 weeks prior to departure together with a refundable damage deposit of £100. This damage deposit will be refunded as soon after the completion of the holiday following an inventory and damage report by the cleaning staff.

If you wish to book your holiday less than 6 weeks prior to departure (subject to availability) the full payment will be required. Upon receipt of full payment confirmation will be sent for the holiday booking together with final instructions, directions etc, please check details carefully.

Cancellations and refunds

If you cancel your booking you will be required to pay a cancellation charge. This charge will be 75% of the deposit if you cancel more than 6 weeks before the holiday date. Less than 6 weeks, you will forfeit all of the deposit.

Availability will be confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit. Confirmation will be sent by e-mail or letter.

Car parking - One car space is provided at the home and with a squeeze, two could possibly be accomodated, further cars will have to be parked at the main entrance car park.

Arrival and departure - The accommodation will be available from 3pm. Should you encounter a delay it will be your responsibility to inform the park of this. Failure to arrive within 24 hours of the due arrival date may result in your holiday being cancelled and no refund will be given.

The accommodation must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.

Park fun passes - Can be purchased at the reception, these cover access to the swimming pool, children's club etc.

High season - The high season is usually between the end of June to the end of August and all the park facilities will be open though many/most will be open in June and September.

By making a booking for this unit you agree to be a considerate and take good care of the property, leaving it clean on departure and respecting the enjoyment of those in neighbouring properties whilst complying with any other rules in force on the parc during the course of your stay.
