Outside, there is a full length sun deck/terrace equipped with furniture; table, chairs, sun beds, and a canopy. A parking space for one vehicle is available on the plot.

Camping Le Dattier

Camping Le Dattier is a comparatively small, family-owned, 4-star site. It is situated on a hillside with views to the Estorel Mountains and has an abundance of mature trees and shrubs that offer welcome shade. It has 2 swimming pools, a bar restaurant, several shower blocks and washing and ironing facilities. Recreational facilities include tennis courts, table tennis, volleyball and boules, plus a children’s play area and the camp’s donkeys – a must for the children!

On the doorstep there are supermarkets, a pharmacy, bread shops, a take-away pizzeria and a short step away are several hypermarkets and stores. Water parks, funfairs, go cart racing, bowling, horse riding, scuba diving and water sports are all available and within easy reach.

The Location

Le Dattier is in open countryside on the outskirts of Frejus – a beautiful, Roman town with an amphitheatre, a wide array of bars and restaurants and an artists’ centre. Just 2 miles away is Port-Frejus with its marina and golden sands stretching along to its neighbour St Raphael. The coast with Cannes, St Tropez, Nice, Monaco and Italy are all within easy reach as are the inland attractions of Grasse (the perfume capital), St Cezaire Grottos and the Gorge of Verdon.

Le Dattier is about a 12hr drive from Calais with motorways all the way, and Nice Airport, served by budget flights, is a just a 40 minute drive away.
