The large lounge is equipped with two modern sofas (of which one converts to a double bed), coffee table, dining table (which can seat up to six), Radio/CD player, LCD TV/DVD to include Freeview channels and a contemporary styled electric fire. Board games and books are also available for use.
The master bedroom is fitted with slimline timer controlled wall heaters, reading lights, double bed, darkwood half mirrored wardrobes (with storage drawers below) and large overhead cupboards for added storage space.
The two other bedrooms are finished to the same high standard as the master bedroom to consist of two single beds with overhead and bedside storage. All bedrooms are supplied with quilts and pillows.
The bathroom consists of a fully integrated shower. Washbasin is fitted with an overhead storage cabinet and vanity mirror.
The cloakroom consists of a wash basin and WC.
Outside, the mobile home is supplied with a brand new decked area, patio table, and seating for eight, complete with parasol. The decking leads down to a large garden area, with two sun loungers, newly planted trees and a dedicated parking space.
La Pignade
This park is intimate and friendly, a favorite with young families. The surrounding woods provide the perfect backdrop to long, leisurely bike rides and picnics.
La Pignade is a 4 star Siblu owned European park which offers excellent facilities for all the family to include kids clubs from 1 year upwards, a two-pool complex to include a splash zone. All areas are fully manned by qualified life guards for your peace of mind.
Evening entertainment is available either within the main function room or on the outdoor stage.
Please note:- No entertainment is provided on park from 6th April – 18th May & 15th Sept to 14th October, but the bar and restaurant is open evenings and the pool is open in the afternoons.

Places to visit around la Pignade
Surrounding the La Pignade park you will find lush woodland which you may wish to explore. The forest is great for bike rides or for just “walking off” the excellent cuisine Charente Maritime has to offer.
If you wish to venture out further, Royan is a bustling resort with lovely beaches and a lively atmosphere. It has two casinos, a big marina, five beaches and numerous restaurants.
Royan is about a twenty minute drive and has an impressive marina. Espace Nautique, situated in the yachting marina offers numerous activities for children, young people and adults. You can take a boat trip from Royan during the day or evening, or if it takes your fancy, boat hire is available too.
The Luna Park is ten minutes drive from the site, with numerous fairground attractions. A little further down the road you can find the Indian Adventure – “This is tree climbing with a difference”, suitable for children aged about 5-6 years (depending on height) to adults, for the youngsters, they have a bouncy castle area.
Five minutes from the park you will find La Palmyre zoo which is one of the largest zoo’s in Europe. It boasts 1600 animals and runs a breeding programme for endangered species.
A trip to Tremblade on a summers evening is a must. The quaint fishing boats and huts that line the beautiful inland stretch of water make an ideal photo opportunity. And the seafood served in many of the restaurants is just exquisite.
