The site is well shaded with cork, oak and pine trees. It is a wooded hillside site and part of its charm is the unstructured positioning of all the mobile homes and all of the flowers and mimosas.

My mobile home is totally private and yet you are close to all of the facilities. The site has 3 pools, Astro turf, crazy golf, tennis courts, a play park, games room, beach volleyball court, and a kids club if you fancy a few hours off. There is also a bar, restaurant, take away, small shop that bakes fresh bread, evening entertainment and a disco for the youngsters. Perfect for all ages.

Please note: entertainment is only provided, peak season. Off season it is a very quiet site. Stunningly beautiful but more suited to very young families, walkers or golden year adults rather than teenagers and young party animals.

Our mobile home offers a fully plumbed in bathroom with shower/bath, WC and wash basin.

Pillows and duvets are provided and all mattresses and pillows have a protective covering. Visitors need to provide duvets covers, sheets and pillowcases. Don’t forget your towels!

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a gas oven with four burners and grill.

Parc St James

Route du Bourrian Var 83 Gassin. Close to St Tropez and Port Grimaud.

Your view from the mobile is breathtaking. The 3 pools on site are fabulous. The beaches in the area are Stunning. If you are looking to experience real France then this is the place for you.

The site is open for 11 months of the year and many of the French practically live on site. The plots are all very large and secluded and more importantly loved. Owners of all nationalities consider this their second home and return year after year.

The campsite is Parc St James in Gassin. Some of you may know it as Parc Montana.

This is a family site and offers good, wholesome activities.

You will not encounter rowdy teenagers and wild parties.

Our rental price includes gas and electricity. There is an additional daily charge to be paid to the site owners on arrival which covers the use of all facilities (around €10 per family) and the local visitors' tax (€0.61 per person over 10 years).

Please note we also charge a £100 per week, fully refundable deposit in addition to the holiday cost. This will be refunded on your return once we have heard from the next guest that it has been left spotless.

The site charges visitors 10 euro a day per family for use of all the facilities on site. This is payable on arrival

Gas barbecue's and linen can be hired at certain points in the year. Pillows and quilts are provided for 6.
