Outside there is parking available for one car adjacent to the mobile home.

We provide the quilts and pillows, but please ensure you bring along your own bed linen and towels. A hair dryer, iron and ironing board are also provided for your convenience!

The mobile home is very well designed and practical with everything provided to make your holiday a pleasant and enjoyable one.

La Carabasse - A Haven Europe site

Our beautiful mobile home is situated on Siblu's (Haven Europe) La Carabasse, which offers live entertainment and an abundance of activities to keep the whole family happy:

Leisure & Sporting Facilities

There is a fantastic swimming pool (always manned with qualified lifeguards), a baby paddling pool, four lane waterslide and water chute. There is also tennis courts, football (coaching available in season), basketball, multi sports pitch, boules, pool table, table tennis and children's play areas - all available on site. Horse riding, water sports and bike hire are all nearby.

Entertainment

There are three children's clubs for ages 1 to 14 offering different activities each day along with the kid’s team of entertainers. There are live shows in the evenings, bars, restaurants and take-away facilities including a pizzeria. In the evening you have the choice of two bars, one for your main evening entertainment outside and the other to sit and enjoy a drink watching Sky TV indoors. The Entertainment Team organises games, competitions and shows to provide a varied programme of family entertainment.

Funpasses can be purchased at the Siblu office, these cover access to the swimming pool, children's club etc. They can be purchased daily/weekly etc. to suit every need.

You do not need a fun pass to enjoy the evening shows or playground facilities etc.

Other On Site Facilities

There is a supermarket with its own bakery and butchers (in high season), launderette, Bureau de change, Information bureau, and internet access in one of the two bars.

The Local Area

There is a large supermarket in Vias village itself or, if you wish to go to one of the lovely French hypermarkets, there are several within 10-30 minutes drive away, the nearest being the Hyper U Supermarket at nearby Agde.

The Parc is close to restaurants, shops and bars. The beach, with bar and water sports, is within walking distance past the local tourist shops and bars; there is a shortcut via a gate situated at the rear of the Parc. La Carabasse beach club offers a massive range of water sport activities from pedalos to wind surfing. The beach bar is open May to September and serves food and drink.

The old town of Vias is a short distance away where you can have a quiet drink in one of the bars tucked away amongst the maze of alleyways. You can also walk or bike ride along the famous Canal du Midi which is just minutes to walk to from the parc.

Places to Visit

Aquapark, a large water theme park and great day out for all the family, is a short drive away. Europark theme park is within walking distance and a further one, Lunapark, is in Cap d’Agde.

If you fancy exploring away from the area for the day, there are plenty of places to visit such as Cap d’Agde and Agde itself, Sete, Beziers, Montpellier, Carcassonne and Spain, which is only a couple of hours drive away.

Airports

There are many airports within an easy drive of the parc, the closest being Montpelier, but there is also Nimes, Carcassone and Perpignan and Girona airport in Spain, which is not too far away. There has been talk that Vias’s own airport (Beziers) is being granted International status this year, but this has yet to be confirmed

Suitability

This Siblu site is a general family parc with excellent facilities for children including children’s clubs for 1-14 years old.

Terms & Conditions

At the time of booking a deposit of 25% must be paid. Full payment for your holiday must be received 6 weeks prior to departure together with a refundable damage deposit of £100. This damage deposit will be refunded as soon after the completion of the holiday following an inventory and damage report by the cleaning staff.

If you wish to book your holiday less than 8 weeks prior to departure (subject to availability) the full payment will be required. Upon receipt of full payment a voucher will be sent for the holiday booking along with any final instructions, please check details carefully.

Refunds and Cancellation of Booking

If you cancel your booking you will be required to pay a cancellation charge. This charge will be the 25% deposit if you cancel more than 6 weeks before arrival. Less than 6 weeks before arrival the charge will be a percentage of the total cost of your holiday.

Car Parking

One car space is provided adjacent to the home; further cars will have to be parked at the main entrance car park. Each mobile home is given a secure access code to enter the parc

Arrival & Departure

Arrival is negotiable, please contact the owners. The accommodation must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

High Season

The high season is between July and August and all the park facilities will be open. Many, if not all will be open in May, June and September. Exact opening dates of facilities will be at the parcs discretion and outside of our control. If your rental period goes outside of these months any specific requirement must be discussed at the time of booking.

There can be a certain amount of pollen at the parc early in the season, so please be aware.

General Conditions

The client agrees to be a considerate tenant and take good care of the property, leaving it clean on departure and respecting the enjoyment of those in neighbouring properties as well as complying with any other rules in force on the parc during the course of their stay.
