Water is heated by a gas water heater situated in the kitchen, where there is a full cooker, pots, pans and glassware. There is also a fridge with freezer compartment in the kitchen area and a further one for bottles etc. outside.

The patio that adjoins the caravan has an open awning which provides shade and shelter.

Parc St James Montana

Parc St James Montana is a family site with a shop, restaurant, takeaway and bar. There are discos during the season which always end by midnight. There is also a beautiful swimming pool overlooking the hills in the distance, which has terraced sunbathing areas with sunbeds, and a children's pool.

Further facilities provided on site include a playground, crazy golf, tennis court, several boules pitches, volley ball, basket ball and table tennis for the energetic.

Local Area

The village of Gassin is an illuminated village perche with stunning views stretching from the Golfe de St Tropez as far as the Bay of Cavalaire. At night the village closely resembles fairyland and there are fantastic restaurants up there as well!

There are many wonderful beaches in the area, the nearest being 4kms away with St Tropez 8kms from the site.

Other local places of interest are Grimaud with its castle, Port Grimaud with its delightful canalised appeal, Cogolin with its pipes, Cavalaire and St Maxime with their beautiful marinas, Ramatuelle, Bormes les Mimosa and Le Lavandou. All of these wonderful places are set in the most fabulous mountain and coastal scenery imagineable!

There are colourful local markets every morning, islands to visit by ferry, walks to be taken and loads of sun to soak up - and I haven't mentioned the wine, the food or the ambience!!
