Each have 2 bedrooms, a double room and a smaller room with 2 singles - not really suitable for big adults, plus a lounge/kitchen in the centre which has a seating area that may be made up into another single bed (NOT suitable to make into a double).
The kitchen has a full size fridge, 4 ring gas hob, microwave oven and there is an electric fan.
Leading from the lounge area there is both a shower room with wash basin, and also a separate WC.
Outside there is a BBQ, two sun loungers, table, chairs and a parasol.
The full inventory also includes a hair dryer, iron (and board), toaster, plus an electric heater if the evenings are chilly.
Electricity, gas and water is metered but all included in the price.
A travel cot can be organised from our managers if required.
Camping du Pylone
Camp du Pylone is a very popular family run camp site close to the beach at Biot Plage, half way between Nice and Cannes and close to the lovely old coastal port of Antibes.
The site has a launderette, supermarket, bar, excellent value restaurant, take away and large pool (please note: there is a pool charge of €2 per day, per person in July and August, which is beyond our control). The bar has evening entertainment most nights during peak season.
The site entrance is only 200 yards from the railway station and bus stops. Frequent and easy transport links will take you easily and quickly to Nice, Cannes, Antibes town, Juan-les-Pines (lovely sandy beach), Menton, Monaco and even across the border into Italy.
There is a (stony) beach only 300 yards away.
Camp du Pylone is next to Marineland and numerous other attractions.
Getting There
Most of our guests fly to Nice Airport, which is only 20 minutes away. Arrangements can be made for our on-site managers to meet you when your aircraft arrives and to take you directly to the mobile home (the fee is circa €60 per party, including your return to the airport).
Alternatively, the Number 200 bus from the airport goes close to the main entrance (Biot Plage station) for €1.30 each.
Holiday Period
We let from Easter until the end of September on a weekly basis (any 7 day).
Please Note: the pool may not be open until May.
Booking start and finish dates have flexibility for those who want cheaper mid-week air travel - Wednesday to Wednesday are good travel days for optimal savings To work out a daily rate divide the weekly rate by 7.
Terms & Conditions
An €80 returnable deposit to cover breakages and damages will be required and this is collected on site when you arrive. If our site representative reports that there is no damage, this will be returned upon completion of the holiday.
IMPORTANT: WE DO NOT LET TO GROUPS OF SINGLE YOUNG PERSONS
A £50 (or 10% if greater) deposit is required (£20 of which would be non-returnable in the event of cancellation). The balance is payable at least 4 weeks before the holiday after a reminder is sent.
