Lodge Description
**Fabulous sea views** Our luxurious and spacious holiday lodge is located on the 5 star Chesil Vista Holiday Park with panoramic sea views over Chesil Beach and Fleet Lagoon, conveniently located near Weymouth and Portland.
The lodge is very spacious (40 x 20 feet) with a large lounge/diner (equipped with a fold-out double sofa bed), a modern fully equipped kitchen, a large double bedroom with luxury en-suite bathroom and integrated storage space, a twin bedroom also with plenty of storage, and a separate shower and toilet room.
The lodge is equipped with all the conveniences of home including central heating throughout, a dishwasher, washer/dryer, an induction hob, large fridge freezer, integrated microwave oven, toaster & kettle.
There is a 32" flat panel TV in the lounge together with integrated ipod doc and sound system and an Xbox 360 games console.
The bed in the master bedroom has a 32" flat panel LED TV that rises up and down with the touch of a button.
Outside of the lodge is parking for 2 cars. Patio doors lead out to a deck which extends to the front and side with extensive and elevated views over Chesil beach. There is an additional outdoor dining table and seating.
Gas and electricity is included in the hire charge and linen is provided. The beds are made on your arrival.
The lodge is let on a strictly no smoking basis and no pets are allowed.
We are unable to accept bookings from groups under the age of 21.
A refundable deposit of £200 is payable in case of breakages.

About the Area
The lodge is located in a quiet area of the Chesil Vista Holiday Park and guests are able to make full use of the extensive park facilities (note a daily charge is payable directly to Chesil Vista holiday park if you wish to use the pool, gym and sauna £5 /£4 for adult/child ).Facilities include an indoor heated swimming pool with waterslide, exercise gym, sauna and solarium, childrens soft play area, outdoor play area, shop, launderette, takeaway, bistro restaurant, bar and evening entertainment (Easter until October half term).
The park has direct access to the coastal path and is conveniently located for Weymouth and Portland, and benefits from a regular bus service. Portland marina is a stone's throw away together with the Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy and all sorts of water sport facilities. The closest beaches are only a few minutes walk from the park where you can chill at the fabulous Billy Winters Cafe whilst watching the kite surfers, paddle boarders etc. The beaches are a mixture of sand and pebble and the water is shallow and generally very calm. On the opposite side of the causeway and still only a few minutes walk, is the visitors centre which is perfect for bird watching and the world famous Chesil Beach where the sea is much deeper and wild at times!
