Outside there is a patio and BBQ area, raised semi tropical flower beds and raised pond with fish. There is a washing machine and tumble drier. There is also an array of beach gear including beach chairs, wind breaks, bucket and spades, body boards, skim boards, surf boards, wet suits etc.
Parking is available for two cars.

Our apartment is situated just 600 yards from the Blue Flag award winning Carbis Bay family beach.
Guests can take a 25 minute stroll along the costal path into near St Ives.
Alternatively you can jump onto the local coastal railway just 200 yards away, which runs from St Erth through Lelant, Carbis Bay and onto St Ives.
It is convenient for exploring all of Cornwall; St Ives, Perranporth, Lands End, Hawkes Point, Lelant, Eden Project, Minac Theatre, Zennor, Sennen etc.
as well as its spectacular scenery, coastline and attractions.
