In the living room is a sofa, 2 arm chairs, TV, coffee table, and a small table for the computer if you have access. The dining area has a table, 6 chairs, cupboards and sofa bed for 2 people.

The bathroom is a bath tub and shower.

In the fully equipped kitchen has a brand new fridge and deep freezer, microwave oven, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, vitroceramic plate, electric boiler and toaster.

I have a private premise for bikes (locked) and free parking is available around.

Local Area

This is a lovely place - just look at the pictures!

Around and about there are lots of bikes for rent, a lot of buses going everywhere, even to the Ré Island; the bus stop is just 5 minutes away.

There are also boats going to the Minimes Harbour, where there is a lovely beach, also going to Oléron Island, Ré Island.

You also have the Aquarium just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Plus you can walk or cycle for hours along the coast.

La Rochelle is called 'Lovers city'.
