The bathroom has a toilet, basin and shower which works off the gas boiler so you are never out of hot water!
A table and chairs are provided outside to enable you to eat al-fresco in the warm weather. We can also provide BBQ equipment if required.
The accommodation has had little use so is almost new in appearance. The upholstery and furnishings are of good quality.
Local Area
We are situated on one if the highest points in Shropshire, Clee Hill, which is fabulous for walking, hiking and horse riding. We are situated up an unmade track and have immediate access to walks over the Clee!
There are various places you can go fishing.
Ludlow is 8 miles away with its castle and numerous top restaurants. The arts festival is in June with Shakespeare plays in the castle grounds, while in September the Food & Wine festival is not to be missed.
Ironbridge, with is its multitude of museums, is 50 minutes away while the towns of Shrewsbury, Hereford and Birmingham are about an hours drive.
Worcester is 40 minutes and Warwrick with its castle is about 90 minutes by car.
West Midlands Safari park is 20 minutes away and the Severn Valley Steam Railway is nearby to spend a day on, hopping on and off as you wish at different local towns i.e. Bridgenorth, Bewdley etc. Or you can canoe up the Severn and train back!
There are numerous antique shops in the local area and individual shops in Leominster, Bridgenorth and Bewdley. There's also outdoor museums for nature trails to quad biking for the children.
The Long Mynd with day hikes is about 30 minutes away. The Wrekin about an hour away.
