Bed linen is included in the price of your holiday, as is the fuel for an open fire and all electricity.
Dogs are welcome at £15 per week.

Quietly situated in this picturesque 18th century town, the 'New School House, is a lovely detatched property which enjoys uninterrupted sea views across the Cromarty Firth, where the famous Bottle Nose Dolphins can be seen regulary.
Our cottage is well equipped and very comfortably furnished. Together with an open fire, you are assured of a warm welcome at any time of the year. To the rear there is an enclosed garden and patio to relax and dine after a day exploring this hidden and unspoilt area of the beautiful Black Isle, which is a haven for ornithologists and wildlife enthusiasts.
Cromarty offers every day shopping, tea rooms, pubs serving local food, local craft and pottery shops. The highland capital of Inverness is only a short drive.
Nearby there is a small harbour with boats trips to see the Dolphins, as well as a lighthouse and coastguard centre and also golf courses.
