The kitchen is fully equipped with every modern day convenience including hob/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine etc to ensure your stay is hassle free.

Also downstairs is a twin bedroom which has an adjacent toilet and shower room.

The property is marble tiled throughout with a spiral staircase leading to the second floor. Both the Master and second twin bedroom have fully fitted wardrobes. The main bathroom has both a bath and shower facility. The double width patio doors in the main bedroom lead onto a balcony with table and chairs.

All bed linen and towels are included in the price. The only items you will need are your beach towels.

On the third floor is a private sun terrace which is ideal for those quiet moments. From here the Mediterranean coast down to La Manga can be seen in the distance.

There is a patio terrace area directly onto a landscaped garden which contains a variety of palm trees and Mediterranean plants. An archway at the side of the property leads into a designer built barbeque area with a Spanish cassita storage area at the rear.

There are a variety of tables, chairs and loungers which can be used around the villa. In addition there are two bikes for those feeling more energetic and a push chair for families with young children.

There is a large communal pool within 400 yards of the property, which includes a sectioned area for children.

Local Area

Campoamor has a beautiful marina and is less than a 5 minute drive from the blue flag beaches of La Zenia. Torrevieja, which last year was described as the fastest growing city in Spain, is 15 minutes drive to the North whilst La Manga is 40 minutes drive South.

The surrounding world famous salt lakes are described by the World Health Authority as one of the healthiest places on earth to live. The area has approximately 315 days sunshine each year with an average temperature of 21 degrees.

Within 5 minutes walk there is a variety of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. Also a short drive away is the beautiful square of Villamartin with its magnificent fountain surrounded by a number of international restaurants.

The local markets offer an abundance of food, clothing and household goods at affordable prices.

The surrounding area is renowned for its golf and boasts three championship courses at Campoamor, Villamartin and Las Ramblas, with another brand new championship golf course in the process of being built less than 20 minutes away.

The airports of Murcia and Alicante are no more than 20 and 40 minutes drive away respectively and plans are already in place to extend both Murcia airport and build a brand new international airport less than 40 minutes away. A taxi service to the villa is available (via our agents) if required.

There are many English people living permanently in the neighbourhood so there is no need to feel isolated in a foreign country. Before you even set off on your holiday we will set up a dialogue between yourselves and our agents in Spain. They will arrange to meet you at the property where a full handover will be undertaken. The agents live within a few minutes of our villa and are always available if required.

The only other cost is for cleaning and laundry. This service is organised locally by our cleaners for which payments should be made in euros direct to the cleaners at the time of your departure.
