Bathroom 3

This room is adjacent to bedrooms 3 & 4 and is equipped with shower/bath, wash basin and toilet.

All of the bathrooms have fully fitted units for plenty of storage.

Lounge

The comfortable lounge area offers plenty of room for relaxing, with a window overlooking the pool area and lake. It comes furnished with sofas, coffee table with matching end tables and lamps. There is a 32" flat screen TV/DVD with Sky channels, Playstation with games and a radio.

Dining Area

Situated next to the kitchen, the dining area can comfortably accommodate six people.

Kitchen

The beautifully fitted kitchen comes fully equipped with everthing you need including cooker, eye level microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is further seating at the breakfast bar.

Utility Room

This is a separate room off of the kitchen that houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. An ironing board and iron is also supplied for your use.

Pool Area

The fully screened pool area boasts a larger than usual deck, complete with poolside furniture and pool equipment (floats, balls etc.) - lovely to laze around and soak up the Florida sunshine or relax after a hard day at the parks or shopping.

Most spectacular is the view of the lake, with its array of wildlife (we have been assured there are no aligators).

General

Our home has a telephone. Local calls are free (for all your take away meals) and phone cards can be purchased for your longer distance calls. We also have internet access for those of you who can't leave your work at home.

Our dedicated management company are on call 24/7, their contact details are provided, and they take care of our home and guests. Prior to your arrival and during you stay they will ensure that all services are maintained, so that your stay is stress free.

Location

Our vacation home is ideally situated for both airports: Orlando International airport is only a 30 minute journey and Sandford airport 1 hour. We are located very close to I-4 (the main road to both airports)and Hwys 27 and 192.

Disney is just 15 minutes away, with Universal studios, Islands of Adventure, Seaworld, dinner shows and shopping all close by.

For you golfer's there are two courses just up the road, Falcon's Fire and Kissimmee Oaks. There are plenty more at the major hotels in the area and at Disney resorts.

For all your shopping needs, under one roof, there is a Super Walmart within minutes of our home.
